Poster Presentation Information

  • Your poster should be completely prepared before you arrive at the Conferences.
  • The maximum size your poster can be is 1m x 1.2m
  • You will be provided with a ‘poster number’ and information regarding where your poster is to be displayed upon registering at the Conferences.
  • The posters are to be mounted on poster boards using velcro dots. You may supply these yourself or purchase them at the registration desk for 0.20 cents per dot.
  • The posters will be displayed all week in various locations throughout the Conference venue.
  • The poster session will be held on Wednesday 11 July from 12.30pm – 2.00pm where you will have the opportunity to discuss your poster findings.
