Media Accreditation

Media are invited to attend the 18th International Conference on General Relativity and Gravitation (GRG18) and 7th Edoardo Amaldi Conference on Gravitational Waves (Amaldi7) and the associated Public Lectures. Please note that all media wishing to attend GRG18/Amaldi 7 must be accredited beforehand.

Please email your details to the Event Manager, Shonna Mulley at shonnam@conexion.com.au. Please include your full name, position, organisation, contact details and which sessions and/or Public Lectures you are interesting in attending.

Media passes will not be issued prior to the event. Successful applicants will be notified of their accreditation and sent documentation detailing date and times for their Media pass pick up. Pick up normally occurs from the day before the Event begins.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms.  Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received.  Payment can be made by either of the following methods:

• Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) 
• Cheque made payable to GRG18 Conference or Amaldi 7 Conference
• International Bank Draft payable to GRG18 Conference or Amaldi 7 Conference. Payment must be in Australian Dollars, payable on an Australian bank and free from all charges

Please note that debits to your credit card will appear on your statement as Conexion Event Management Pty Ltd.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 8 June 2007 will receive a full refund less $100.00 administration charge. Cancellations received after 8 June 2007 will not be refunded. 

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide details of the substitute in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

LIABILITY
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay.

PRIVACY POLICY
The organisers of the 2007 Conference are bound and committed to supporting the principles set out in the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1988. All information obtained and stored for the purposes of planning and registering delegates to attend the conference will apply with this legislation.

Please note that the Organising Committee may disclose some of the information that is collected such as your name, organisation and email address to conference sponsors and exhibitors for marketing purposes (with your permission). Consent for publication of this information may be withdrawn by completing the appropriate section of the registration form.
